Biography

Certified Counselor, Family Constellations, Kabbalah, Kriya Yoga

Erik is a teacher and facilitator specialising in esoteric studies and systemic healing. He runs training programs in Family Constellations, Kabbalah, and Kriya Yoga, helping participants explore how ancestral patterns and systemic roles shape their lives.

Fascinated by magic and mysticism, Erik encourages self-awareness and the exploration of personal and ancestral wisdom through archetypes and spiritual traditions.

Living in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, with his wife and son, Erik uses a wheelchair due to muscular dystrophy, a journey that has deepened his understanding of resilience and transformation. This perspective informs his work, from training programs and his online family constellations learning platform to projects like “Ramping Up,” where he combines practical action with a passion for systemic healing to inspire meaningful change.
